Jindao Diplomatic Residence Compound Celebrated the Children’s Day with Clients

To further improve the living environment of the DRC and provide better services for the residents,Jindao compound has renovated theexpandedcourtyard, adding fitness and children's amusement facilities.This is a manifestation that the competent department has been conscientiously carrying out the inspection and rectificationt asks while doing practical work for the residents.
June is a colorful season, bidding farewell to the gentle spring breeze while us hering in the hot summer. On the afternoon of June 1st, with the cheerful singing,the children living in the compound dressed themselves up beautifully. The courtyard was filled with a festive atmosphere, and everyone was immersed in this wonderful day.Under the theme of“Practical, Innocent and Harmonious”, the Property Management Department organized an event to celebrate the Children’s Day and officially unveiled the renovated courtyard to the residents.
The Property Management Department organized the event in a way abiding by epidemic prevention rules such as disinfection of the participants. Supported by the client service staff, the celebration kicked off. First of all, the new facilities,function sand tips were introduced to the residents.Then, a series of children's activities with strong interaction, high participation and great fun were carried out, including“frog jump”,“rainbow umbrella”,“sandpit jump”and other forms of games.The children were free to take part in their favorite programs and have fun.The courtyard was full of laughter, and the children's faces were filled with bright smiles-allimmersed in the ocean of joy. During this event,the Property Management Department issued the“Instructions for the Use of Children’s Play ground”to the residents, asking parents to cooperate with the Property Management Department to protect the children's safety. The curtain descended on the joyful festival filled with fun games, smiling faces and bursts of hearty laughter. Nearly 200 children and parents living in the compound participated.
Although the programs were short, the whole event was carried out in an orderly manner, which fully demonstrated the enthusiasmand team work spirit of the staff of the Property Management Department. The arrangement was welcomed by the residents, and they were very grateful to the Property Management Department for rebuilding the courtyard, improving the environment,and adding children's amusement facilities. The Property Management Department well interpreted“Jindao, My Home”by satisfying the needs of diplomatic missions and clients with practical efforts.
After years of tremendous efforts,an area of 200 square meters was allocated to the Jindao compound for use free of charge by signing an official use agreement. The expansion of the apartment courtyard made it possible for Jindao to build a fitness and children's activity site for the first time. The expansion of the courtyard area and the construction of facilities were inseparable from the support of theBDSandthe DRC, as well as the active coordination and assistance of the Information Research Office,Material Center,Engineering Department, YunKang Property Management Corporationand other relevant departments, to which we would like to extend sincere thanks.
