為保障考生的生命安全和身體健康，保障考試安全有序組織，做好常態化疫情防控工作，根據國家及北京市疫情防控政策，我考點特制定如下規定，請所有在我考點參加考試的考生了解并遵守。
1.考生入場時須簽署《考生個人健康情況聲明表》（考點現場提供），樣表附后。考生如在中國政府要求的強制隔離期、醫學觀察期或自我隔離期內，不得入場參加考試。
2.考生入場前須在考點門口的體溫檢測點接受以下防疫檢測：
（1）自2022年11月21日起，所有入場考生必須出示24小時內核酸檢測陰性證明，紙質版、電子版均可（含用手機查驗的北京健康寶），以報告出具時間為準；電子版無需打印，出示即可。
（2）查驗健康碼和行程碼。
行程碼、健康碼均須為綠色。
健康碼無彈窗提示。
行程碼中的“您于前7天內到達或途徑”信息必須僅為北京市，即考前7天內無北京市外旅居史。
（3）接受測溫并登記。體溫正常考生入場，首次測溫體溫≥37.3度的考生須由工作人員帶至復檢處等待二次測溫。兩次檢測體溫均≥37.3度的考生不得入場參加考試。
3.考生須接受體溫檢測，請預留充足時間提前到場，以免延誤考試，
4.務必攜帶與報名一致且有效的身份證件原件，以及紙質版考試確認信。
5.考生自入場起須佩戴一次性醫用口罩，僅允許在照相及身份驗證時摘下口罩。
6.考生在測溫、候考、離場期間須保持一米社交距離，同時聽從監考老師指令，有序錯峰入場、離場。
7.考試過程中，如考生自我申報身體不適或考務人員觀察到考生身體不適，考務人員將對考生進行測溫確認，如考生體溫≥37.3度，將終止考試，并在監考人員陪同下離場。
8.考試地點：北京市朝陽區三里屯西六街3號5層。

Notice to Candidates at STN80111 during the COVID-19 Epidemic
(Updated on 21 November 2022)
To ensure safety and health of the candidates, organize the examination in a secure and orderly manner, and realize normalized containment, our venue hereby formulates the regulation as follows in accordance with the national and regional policies on the COVID-19 containment. All candidates at STN80111 are required to read the regulation carefully and comply with it.
1. Candidates are required to sign the Health Declaration Form (provided on the spot) when entering the exam venue. The sample form is shown below. Candidates are not allowed to take the examination if they are within the compulsory isolation period, the medical observation period or the self-isolation period required by the Chinese government.
2. Candidates shall go through the following anti-epidemic procedures at the temperature measurement site at the entrance of the exam venue before entering:
(1) Starting from 21 November 2022, all candidates at STN80111 are required to present a paper-based or electronic proof (including Beijing Healthkit) of a negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test result issued within 24 hours prior to entering the test venue. (The electronic proofs are not required to be print-outs.)
(2) Verify the Health QR code and the Itinerary QR code.
Both the Health QR code and Itinerary QR code should be green. Also, the Health QR code should be without pop-up windows.
Your travel itinerary including arrival or transit should be ONLY BEIJING from 7 days prior to entering the test venue.
(3) Take the temperature measurement and register. Candidates with a normal body temperature can enter. The candidates whose temperatures are higher than or equal to 37.3 degrees shall be led to a nearby room for another temperature measurement. Candidates whose body temperatures are more than or equal to 37.3 degrees again are not allowed to take the examination.
3. Due to the temperature measurement prior to the exam, candidates are required to leave sufficient time to avoid dismissal due to late arrival.
4. All candidates are required to present original and valid ID documents to test. ID information should be exactly matched with the registration. Candidates are also required to bring paper-based admission tickets to the test venue.
5. Candidates are required to wear disposable medical masks when entering the venue and are only allowed to take off the masks when taking photos and verifying identity.
6. Candidates shall keep one-meter distance between each other during the temperature measurement, in the waiting room and leaving the venue. To avoid crowdedness, candidates should enter and leave the venue in an orderly manner and follow the instructions of the invigilators.
7. During the exam, if any candidate declares physical discomfort or any physical discomfort of candidates is found by invigilators, the temperature shall be measured again. If the temperature is equal to or above 37.3 degrees, the examination shall be terminated and the candidate shall be accompanied by the invigilator to leave the exam venue.
