大使館翻譯/口譯/接待員
菲律賓共和國駐華大使館(北京)
崗位職責(zé):
翻譯/口譯/接待員需在行政官員的指導(dǎo)和高級外交官員的監(jiān)督下,負(fù)責(zé)使館客戶服務(wù)的一線工作(包括現(xiàn)場接待及接聽電話),負(fù)責(zé)接待訪客,并且為聯(lián)系使館尋求信息與協(xié)助的公民及客戶提供服務(wù)。職責(zé)包括但不限于以下內(nèi)容:
· 前臺接待——處理來電及訪客,管理信函、快遞及郵遞服務(wù);
· 安排車輛及司機(jī)調(diào)度;
· 協(xié)助行政官員指派的行政或其他任務(wù);
· 為大使館工作提供其他支持,包括必要時(shí)臨時(shí)頂替其他本地員工崗位(如翻譯/口譯),或籌備及參與使館招待會等活動;
· 完成其他可能要求的任務(wù)。
基本要求(申請人需滿足以下條件):
· 與職位相關(guān)的學(xué)士學(xué)位;
· 至少1-3年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(如客戶服務(wù)、接待員、使領(lǐng)館客戶服務(wù)崗位);
· 守時(shí)(因該職位需每日固定時(shí)段面向客戶,候選人必須高度守時(shí));
· 精通普通話,良好的英語書面及口語能力,具備文件中英文互譯能力及口譯能力(語言測試將作為初篩環(huán)節(jié)的一部分);
· 優(yōu)秀的溝通及人際交往能力;
· 具備團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力,能夠有效開展工作;
· 較強(qiáng)的組織能力、計(jì)算機(jī)操作及信息管理技能;
· 高度的謹(jǐn)慎、主動、有責(zé)任心及可靠。
· 候選人需在錄用前已取得在中國合法居留及工作的資格。
優(yōu)先條件:
· 有在駐華外交使團(tuán)工作或與外交使團(tuán)互動的經(jīng)驗(yàn);
· 有提供行政支持服務(wù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn);
· 具備與中國官方部門、機(jī)構(gòu)及其他政府部門互動的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
聘用條款與條件:
· 根據(jù)中國本地法律,成功候選人將簽訂兩年期合同,含兩個(gè)月試用期;
· 工作地點(diǎn)為菲律賓共和國駐北京大使館;
· 職位年薪為100,800元人民幣,薪資由外交服務(wù)集團(tuán)人力資源服務(wù)分公司按月支付;
· 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作時(shí)間為周一至周五每日8小時(shí)(上午9:00至下午6:00,午休時(shí)間為中午12:00至下午1:00)。如需加班,可獲加班費(fèi)或調(diào)休。成功候選人享有以下福利:
a. 根據(jù)中華人民共和國法律規(guī)定的休假待遇;
b. 年底發(fā)放相當(dāng)于一個(gè)月工資的年終獎金;

Embassy Interpreter/Translator/Receptionist
Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines, Beijing
Role:
The Embassy Interpreter/Translator/Receptionist, under the guidance and supervision of the Administrative Officer and oversight of a ranking diplomatic official, is tasked with being the first line of Embassy customer service interaction in person and by telephone. He/she is also tasked to welcome visitors to the Embassy and attend to citizens and customers contacting the Embassy to seek information and assistance. The role will include, but is not limited to, the following duties:
● Reception desk – dealing with callers and visitors, managing correspondence, courier services and post;
● Arranging vehicle and driver schedules;
● Assisting in administrative or other tasks assigned by the Administrative Officer;
● Other support to the work of the Embassy, including filling out for other local staff positions, such as Interpreter/Translator where required, or preparation and participation in Embassy receptions and other events;
● Such other duties as may be required.
Essential requirements candidates must be able to demonstrate:
● Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job;
● At least 1-3 years relevant professional experience (in customer service, receptionist, Embassy/Consulate customer service positions);
● Punctuality (As the position is a customer-facing role for specified hours each day, it is essential that the successful candidate is extremely punctual);
● Fluency in Mandarin and a good command of English, written and spoken, including capability to translate and interpret documents from Chinese to English and English to Chinese (language test will be included as part of the shortlisting process);
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
● Proven abilities to work effectively as part of a team;
● Strong organizational skills, computer literacy and information management skills; and
● A high level of discretion, initiative, commitment and reliability.
● The successful candidate must have a legal entitlement to live and work in China prior to recruitment.
Desirable Requirements:
● Proven experience of working in or interacting with a diplomatic mission in China;
● Experience of providing administrative support services;
● Proven experience of interaction with Chinese official departments, agencies and other authorities.
Terms and conditions of employment:
● The successful candidate will be hired for two (2) years with a probationary period of two (2) months in accordance with local laws.
● The successful candidate will be based at the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Beijing.
● The salary scale for the position is 100,800 RMB per annum. The salary for the position will be paid through the Human Resource Service Branch (HRSB) of the Diplomatic Service Group Ltd. on a monthly basis.
● The successful candidate shall have a standard working hours of eight (8) hours per day, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding lunch break from 12:00 nn to 1:00 pm). He/she may also be entitled to overtime pay or compensatory time-off in case he/she is asked to render overtime work.
● The successful candidate shall also be entitled to the following benefits:
a. Leave benefits in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China;
b. Year-end bonus paid at the end of the current year which is equivalent to one month salary;
c. Monthly meal allowance;
b. Clothing allowance; and
e. Social security pension directly paid by the Embassy to HRSB.

Selection Process:

● The Embassy will only contact referees if a candidate has been shortlisted for an interview. At this point, the candidate will be deemed to have given their consent to contact the nominated referees.
